Custom AI agents / field & regulated operations
Custom AI agents for the work that never made it into software
Most AI agent companies build for the office. We build for the businesses where the work happens on a site, on a shift, or on the phone at 11pm, and where nobody has ever bothered to write the software.

What we
actually do
We build AI agents that complete work inside your existing systems. Not chatbots that answer questions. Agents that take an action, write it back to your system of record, and escalate when confidence is low.
A copilot answers when asked. An agent acts on a trigger. The difference is whether you save minutes per query or remove an entire monitoring-and-response loop.
Industries
Who this is for
| You are | The agent handles |
|---|---|
| A mine or remote site operator | Shift handovers, permit-to-work, maintenance logs, camp rostering |
| A commercial contractor | RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, subcontractor chasing |
| A hotel or venue group | Concierge, pre-arrival, upsells, night audit reconciliation |
| A trades or home-services business | After-hours dispatch, quoting, job scheduling, missed-call recovery |

Pricing
Start with a fixed price, not a proposal
You get a ranked map of every workflow in your business worth automating, with projected hours saved and a build estimate for each. No retainer, no commitment. If you go ahead, the fee is credited against the build.
Most agencies open with a discovery call and a six-week proposal cycle. We open with a deliverable.

No hand-offs to juniors after the sales call.
- iv.
Your accounts, your data
Everything runs in infrastructure you own. You can fire us and keep the agents.

Frequently asked
questions
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that reasons over your business data, takes actions across your existing systems, and escalates to a human when it hits the edge of its confidence. Unlike a chatbot, it completes work rather than describing it.
How long does a first agent take to deploy?
Typical first deployment is 4–8 weeks from audit sign-off, with shadow-mode validation running for the final two.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
No. Agents sit on top of your ERP, CRM, TMS or property system and act through their APIs. If an agent can't reach your systems of record, it can answer questions but it can't complete work.
What does it cost?
The audit is fixed at $5,000. Builds are quoted fixed after the audit, depending on integration depth and number of workflows. See pricing →
What happens if the model we build on gets deprecated?
That's what AgentOps covers. Models change, integrations break, and agents drift. Our retainer handles monitoring, evaluations and upgrades. More →
